The space The house has three rooms, each with its own bathroom: a master room with a king bed, a second room also with a king bed and a third room with a bunk bed with two full beds, a twin bed and a single floor mattress. Also, there are two half bathrooms: one in the living room and a cabana bathroom in the terrace with a separate shower by the pool. There are stainless steel appliances (including washer and dryer), BBQ grill, furniture, towels, bed linen, hair dryer, iron, kitchenware, coffee maker, blender, AC in each bedroom and living room/kitchen area with ceiling fans in living spaces, fiber optics internet, cable, water heater and tank. Guest access The property is within a gated community and there is space for three cars in the fenced driveway. An SUV or 4x4 is recommended for accessing the property during the rainy season (May through October).
