The space The house has three rooms: a master room with a queen bed and two secondary rooms; each one with a bathroom and a bunk bed with two queen beds and a single bed. Also, there are two half bathrooms: one in the living room and a cabana bathroom in the terrace with a separate shower by the pool. There are stainless steel appliances (including washer and dryer), BBQ grill, furniture, towels, bed linen, hair dryer, iron, kitchenware, coffee maker, blender, AC in each bedroom and living room/kitchen area with ceiling fans in living spaces, fiber optics internet, cable, water heater and tank. Guest access The property is within a gated community and there is space for three cars in the fenced driveway. Other things to note Even though the property can be accessed via a conventional car, an SUV or 4x4 is recommended particularly during the wet season (May-October).
