Our 2-unit Beach to Bay Cottage is a beautifully renovated 'Old Florida' style cottage......Great Views of the Beach & BAY..... JUST 100 FEET to the most stunning, sugar-sand beaches on the Gulf. Just a 5 minute stroll to Historic Bridge Street, over a dozen local restaurants and bars, shops, fun mini-golf, and the Historic Pier. We also rent 4 Waterfront Cottages & also a 1920s -2BR cottage and Bungalow at the end of the same street. 7th St S We've been renting our cottages for 25 years. The space We have lovingly restored this very special "Old Florida" style cottage, featuring an open-concept kitchen/dining and living room, so guests can enjoy being together. Each unit of the cottage has all new kitchens and baths, appliances. The 1 BR unit can sleep 4, and the 2 BR unit can sleep 6. The units are mirror images of each other. Only differences are the decor and the extra bedroom. Kitchens - Full -sized stovetops/ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers. Baths - Feature spacious, easy step-in, tiled showers. *2BR unit features a plush queen beds in the BRs. Plus a queen bed in the section sofa. *1 BR unit features a queen-sized in the BR, plus a queen pull up style sofabed in the living room. We are located at 104 7th Street South. Within easy walking distance of Historic Bridge Street with the pier, over a dozen restaurants and bars, shops, and even a new miniature golf course. All the restaurants are local, no chains and no fast food on the island. There are restaurants and bars on the main street, on the beach, and on the historic pier. Lots of outdoor dining. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, front porch, yard and rear entertainment area with gas grill, dining table and chairs, sun lounges, and laundry room.
