While in the Ogunquit area, stop by the playhouse to indulge in the performing arts or check out the town's art museum. If you decide to head north, try Wonder Mountain Fun Park to get your fill of mini-golf, water features, and an indoor arcade. No matter where you go though, you'll have a variety of restaurants to choose from when you're hungry, with a few of them being along the water for a truly scenic view. Back at the house, relax on the patio together, and take in the crisp Maine air before heading inside. Wind down with a nice cup of coffee prepared in the full kitchen or whip up an entire meal. Take advantage of the included TVs and catch up on your favorite shows or use the office to get some work done. If you're still feeling active, play a game of pool with your guests, then try your hand at one of the provided board games. With a plethora of things to do in the area, as well as convenient amenities like central air conditioning and a washer/dryer, you won't want to leave! THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available to guests, but they must log in using their own accounts. Guest access You'll enter through a deadbolt-style electronic lock. Enter your 10-digit code - when the Schlage button flashes green, wait 3 seconds for the mechanism to fully disengage, then rotate the deadbolt away from the doorframe to unlock. If the light flashes red, press the Schlage button to reset and try again. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the system will lock you out for 30 seconds before you can try again. When leaving, press the Schlage button and turn the deadbolt toward the doorframe to lock - the lock does not engage automatically. Standard check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. During peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day and holidays), early check-in is not available. During the off-season, early check-in or late checkout may be available for a fee - you'll receive an email or SMS if either option is offered. For emergencies, a backup lockbox is located at the corner of the unit near the entrance. Contact the property for the lockbox code. Other things to note The home has central air conditioning and a thermostat located in the living room. Three TVs are available: one in the living room, one small TV in the master bedroom, and one in the lower-level family room. A guest computer in the office is available for your use, though the printer does not work. An automatic drip coffee maker is in the kitchen. Weekly lawn care is provided by a local company - the day may vary depending on their schedule and weather conditions. Southern Maine's natural environment means you may encounter seasonal insects like mosquitoes, black flies, ticks, sand fleas, spiders, beetles, ants, no-see-ums, beach flies, deer flies, and houseflies. The home receives monthly pest control, but complete elimination is not guaranteed. Please bring bug spray for outdoor activities. A damage waiver covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage is included with your reservation. Your stay includes complimentary start-up amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponge, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap. These are starter supplies - you're responsible for additional items needed during your stay. The home is supplied with all linens, bedding, and towel sets.
