The working hours is at 8 AM to 4 PM and the view won’t be disturbed. Heavy machinery and lifting have been concluded and so far (knocked on wood, our guests were not disturbed). I have reflected 25% discount on the rates for this inconvenience** VILLA OVERVIEW Exclusively designed by a German architect, this villa spans over 1,000 square meters (10,000 sq ft) of living space on a 15,000 sq ft property. It features two infinity pools overlooking the Indian Ocean: The upper pool (15 meters long) is designed like a ship elevated above ground. A smaller pool is located on the first level. Enjoy uninterrupted ocean views, the soothing sound of waves breaking against the cliffs, and a constant sea breeze from every corner of this villa. Your personal butler and security guards are available 24 hours a day. Included in your stay: daily housekeeping, laundry, complimentary drinking water, a welcome drink, cool towel, and a basket of tropical fruits upon arrival. THE VILLA LAYOUT Upper Level The upper level accommodates the living and entertainment areas, air-conditioned kitchen, dining room, open BBQ area, and master suite. A 3 x 15-meter lap pool on stilts faces the Indian Ocean, with water overflowing into the lower-level pool and pond — creating the gentle, ever-present sound of flowing water. Two daybeds can be converted into six lounge chairs. Follow the wooden path to the oceanfront bale, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea with a sea breeze and stunning views. A candlelit dinner at the cliff’s edge can also be arranged upon request. Lower Level The lower level features a small sandy area with a daybed facing the ocean and the lower pool — an ideal space for a spa or yoga retreat. The smaller pool (9 x 5 meters) and adjacent pond provide a safe, shallow area perfect for children. This level also includes one entertainment room and two bedrooms. Bedrooms All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The main master suite (upper floor) features a California king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking the pool and cliff, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, double sinks, and wardrobe. The second bedroom (lower level) includes twin single beds facing the garden and pool, with a bathroom featuring double sinks and a shower.
