Nestled among the tall pines in the charming Mi Wuk Village, this cozy cabin is your ticket to tranquility and natural beauty. Our cabin is located in Mi Wuk , providing you with easy access to local attractions, outdoor adventures such as hiking, fishing, and mountain bike riding, and breathtaking natural outdoor beauty. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, indoor laundry, beautifully appointed bedrooms, and comfortable furnishings and linens. Its the perfect getaway with your loved ones. The space The property is an acre without a fence. The closest neighbor is about an acre away. Plenty of parking for up to 3 cars on the property on NON SNOW DAYS. Open land all around. The TV is located upstairs in the bunk room and another TV is downstairs in the main room. Heat and Air- there are three mini split systems in the cabin. One downstairs and two upstairs. Each unit has a remote control mounted on the wall. The round NEST thermostats DO NOT control the heat and air. Winter Months/AWD: Winter is gorgeous at the cabin but there are things to be aware of in order to have a safe and enjoyable time. Always check the CALTRANS website for weather conditions. An AWD with plenty of clearance and chains are a must during the snowy winter months (snow tires are recommended). It is the guests’ responsibility to to be ready for winter conditions. Please familiarize yourself with Winter travel and car care. Guest showing up with vehicles without much clearance like a sedan, or a small SUV and has issues getting in and out of the snow will be responsible for their own costs for having to be pulled out of the snow. If you leave a car on the driveway and it snows, snow may build up around your car requiring you to use the snow shovel. There is a possibility that you may have to clear a path to the door with the snow shovel. During heavy snowfall, the plowers cannot guarantee a specific time to get you plowed. Please be flexible as we do not have any control over this. You may not get in or get out on time. The driveway will be plowed once for TWO vehicles only the day you arrive when it is needed. (Typically over 10 inches deep of snow). WIFI: Please understand that this is the mountains and the wifi can be intermittent at times. Garbage: guests are limited to three tall kitchen bags per 2 to 3 night stay, four bags per 4 to 5 nights stay, and five bags for 6 to 7 nights stay. Leaving excessive garbage including boxes, bottles, plastics, and recyclables will result in additional charges up to but not limited to $250 charge through Airbnb. Please make sure all the garbage is packed, contained and tied at the top. Leave all garbage bags in the kitchen. Guest access You will have access to 2300 sq ft Guests have access to the backyard and side yard No access to the garage. Other things to note MAXIMUM of 12 guests. This includes children and toddlers. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Additional charge for guests over 8 people. Please see house rules and regulations. Bring your own propane for the grill. Wifi connection can be intermittent at times. TV is located upstairs in the bunk room and downstairs in the main room.
