The Hometown House offers a spacious and comfortable living space for guests. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area and features a desk and chair for those who need to work during their stay. The dining area includes a table and chairs for meals, and the kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and plenty of counter space. The three bedrooms are cozy and inviting, with comfortable beds and furnishings. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs with plenty of room for everyone to get ready in the morning! In the basement, there is additional living space that can be used as a den, recreation room, or additional bedroom, and includes amenities such as a TV and games. The couch in the living room and basement den pull out for additional sleeping spaces if needed. Relax on the back porch and let the kids play in the big yard. Lots of room to run around! You'll love this convenient and comfortable home away from home! As a guest at The Hometown House, you will have access to the entire house except for the garage and a storage area in the basement. We are local to the area and will be available as needed. We're also happy to make recommendations for places to eat and things to do! Our neighborhood is filled with tree-lined streets and quaint homes, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Just a short walk from our home, you'll find a variety of local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques to explore. Our neighborhood is also conveniently located near several parks, playgrounds, and cultural attractions, making it the perfect spot for families and those looking to get out and about. The property is located within walking distance of many local attractions and amenities, making it easy to get around on foot. For longer distances, there are several options available including public transportation, taxi and Uber services, and rental cars. The nearest bus stop is just a few blocks away, and in the summer, there's a trolley that takes you all the way to Lake George! Guests are also welcome to bring their own vehicle and use the driveway parking spots. (Up to 4 vehicles) -The couch in the living room and basement are pull-out couches, which can be used as additional beds if needed. -The basement is heated by a gas fireplace, which may take a little while to fully heat up the space. Keep this in mind if you plan to spend a lot of time in the basement. -There is a washer and dryer available for guests to use during their stay. This can be convenient for those who need to wash clothes or towels. -The home is located on a walkable street and is across the street from a school. If it's not a school day, the playground may be open! -The Hometown House in less than 3 minutes from the city center, with easy access to a variety of amenities and attractions.
