The Legacy bike trail and a beautiful lake park are only 5 minutes away in the opposite direction. This property is also located only ten minutes from the Venice Theater, Venice shopping and fine dining. Guest access Guests are permitted to access the entire property, except for the left side master bedroom closet and the garage area. No pets are allowed and smoking is only permitted in the outdoor lanai and pool areas. No access to the locked bedroom closet or garage areas is permitted.
