Full kitchen, full bathroom with walk-in shower. Enjoy the evenings in our screen porch or outside deck. Located on Guadalupe River at Lake Dunlap. Its within 2-4 miles to most attractions to include Schlitterbahn, Tubing, Gruene, Shops, Restaurants. The space Shared heated pool and hot tubs are available for the 7 cottages in this area to use, located behind the Lago/Posada cottages. Each of the cottages has their own BBQ pit and seating area in the back. Docks are located behind the house for easy river access. We do have our common area hot-tubs operating and have added a pool to this shared space that's open for use year round and heated in the winter upon request. Please contact us with any questions. Pet Policy: We are pet friendly with approval from us first. There is a one time $50 pet fee per dog. We do not accept more than two (2) dogs per house & they must be housebroken, vaccinated, well behaved, non-aggressive, and pest free! Guests agree to clean up feces after their dog. Dogs must be crated while left alone on premises. Guests agree to pay any damages caused by dogs. No dogs on furniture or beds. Guests agree to be in full control and take full responsibility for their pet’s behavior. Area leash laws must be followed.
