This property is walking distance of amazing options for restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and unique shops! The space This property offers three levels plus a rooftop patio for guests to enjoy. Guests will enter through a private street level entrance through a patio into the main living room that flows into the kitchen and dining room. There is another patio off the kitchen that offers outdoor dining seating and grilling area, and a spiral staircase to the backyard. On the second level guests will find the Master Suite and a separate guest area. The Master Suite includes private patio, bath with shower, bathtub, walk-in closet, laundry closet and separate sitting area). The separate guest area provides another living area, two bedrooms joined by a bathroom (with shower), an additional full bathroom (with shower), patio and laundry closet. From the second level, guests can ascend stairs to the office space and more importantly, the rooftop patio! The large rooftop patio has plenty of seating options for all guests and offers a view of the downtown Omaha skyline that is unparalleled. From the main level, stairs will lead guests to the lower level where they will find a large (non-conforming) bedroom that also offers a seating area (couch), as well as access the garage and backyard. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of three locked utility rooms in the basement, some locked closets and the unfinished portion of the roof (gated for safety). Other things to note Remote electronic-controlled blinds in all rooms for as much light or privacy as you want. High speed Wifi, Sonos speakers in every room, exterior camera system. Streaming options available through each tv (currently offer Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime). The property does not have cable tv.
