If something isn’t perfect, our cleaning team will promptly return to address it. Your comfort is our priority! ☆ Complementary (FREE!) Pool Heat for the Mystery Pool™: Pool heat is provided at no extra cost and is available anytime air temperatures are consistently above 55°F (typically April–October, but occasionally even in January!). Please note that pool availability is weather-dependent and refunds are not issued due to weather conditions. ☆ Quiet Enjoyment Policy: No parties or loud gatherings. Noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras are on the property to help ensure that the peaceful nature of the neighborhood is maintained. Unauthorized gatherings or excessive noise may result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. ☆ Flexible Check-In/Out Options: We know travel plans can vary, so when availability allows, we’re happy to offer early check-in (1 PM) or late checkout (12 PM) for only $75. This helps cover the additional coordination needed with our cleaning team and inspector.
