Your stay may involve encounters with seasonal bugs like bees and ants in the summer, as well as beetles and millipedes during the winter months. We are firm about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer. ✔ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 10+ GUESTS: Our nightly rate includes the first ten (10) guests. With each additional guest, a $30/night fee will be applied. ✔NOISE LEVEL MONITORING: Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. Rest assured that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. ✔SECURITY CAMERAS: we have placed security cameras throughout the exterior of the property, including the pool area and the backyard.
