This Charming, Sweet Beach Cottage Close to Second/Third Beach will delight! Wake up to birds chirping and very close to "Pebble Beach", this cottage has all you need for a relaxing vacation! Adorable Parisian style patio with seating and grill for those relaxing afternoons after the beach! Peaceful location, yet still close to downtown Newport! This location can't be beat! New furnishings, stocked kitchen with laundry and parking and all on one level! Beach chairs and beach towels. Pets OK! The space Such a delight! This one level cottage has a modern kitchen and two sunlit bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and bedroom 2 has a full bed with a pull out twin trundle. Laundry, AC mini splits in the bedrooms, gas grill and everything you will need for vacation. Newport downtown 3 miles away! the Parisian style patio is adorable and a great spot to unwind after the beach! Parking is right in front of the cottage for two cars and pets are welcome! Location is peaceful and quiet! Nice shared side yard too for kids to play! Guest access The whole cottage is for the use of the guest. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway in front of the cottage. This home is dog-friendly, however, there's going to be a pet fee, which is $75/pet. It is subject for approval. If you are bringing a dog you must let us know prior to your stay and shall never be left unattended in the property. Other things to note Please make note that there are a couple of beach chairs and there are beach towels for your use. The beds will be make with fresh linens and bath towels are provided for each bedroom.
