Large, custom home built in 2018 only 14 miles from EAA. First floor Open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. 4 bedrooms upstairs, finished basement with additional living room space with two TV's arcade, skee-ball, foosball table and dart board, as well as an additional bedroom and full bathroom. Outside has a large patio area with outdoor furniture, string lights and gas fire table. Backyard has fire pit with firewood provided, trampoline, backyard playset, and tree swing. Other things to note While we do not allow any pets for the rental, we do have a cat and a dog. The dog is a purebred standard poodle, so she is hypo allergenic and does not shed. They will not be here during your stay, and the house will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, so there should not be any issue, but we wanted to make potential guests aware, in case someone in your group is severely allergic.
