Bedroom 2: Queen bed on the main floor, perfect for additional guests or families traveling together. Bedroom 3: Located on the second floor (14 steps), this spacious retreat features two queen beds—ideal for kids or groups. Enjoy a cozy sitting area/reading nook, Roku TV, toys, and a pack ’n play for little ones. A door at the base of the stairs provides added privacy and helps reduce noise. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: Main floor full bath with tub/shower combo and toilet—great for families and bath time. Bathroom 2: Basement bathroom with a stand-up shower and toilet. Other things to note There are two driveways, one in front of the garage and the other to the East side of the yard next to neighbors garage. You may park in garage. parking available for 5 cars, utilizing all parking. No street parking during winter months.
