The space This first floor 2 bedroom condo with pullout couch has beautiful lake views and a private new deck! Located just outside the quaint town of Bethany Beach. The condo is part of the Sea Colony (SC) Resort complex and is perfectly situated to take advantage of the SC amenities. The condo is 0.4 miles from the fitness center, 0.3 miles from the tennis center, 1 mile to the SC private beach and 1.5 miles to the town of Bethany Beach. West lake offers catch and release fishing and is also for recreational use with kayaks/canoes. SC amenities include a PRIVATE beach for SC owners and guests only. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. 2 gyms each with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and locker rooms on location. Multiple outdoor pools. World class tennis and pickle ball facilities. Basketball courts. Free shuttle between Sea Colony East (Oceanside) and Sea Colony West (Inland) locations.
