Private beach access is a 2 minute walk across the street to beautiful Glen Cove. Due to severe allergies and potential safety issues with other animals, we not only don't allow animals, we also cannot accommodate service animals due to safety issues. Not childproofed, no infant accommodations. No Smoking/Vaping/Open flames. There are no external accommodations on the property for the recharging of electric vehicles; running extension cords outside of the house is not permitted. Guest access Quiet neighborhood conveniently located between Rockland and Camden. Amenities close by for shopping and dining. A car is recommended. Two taxi services in Rockland but no public transportation. Six miles to Knox County Regional (KCR) Airport in Owls Head, ME. Enterprise Rental Car available at airport and in Thomaston. Convenient access to the Maine State Ferry system in Rockland. Seven miles to the Islesboro ferry. Twenty four miles to the Monhegan Island boats. Grocery shopping, auto supplies and home maintenance stores within 2 miles. Medical and dental facilities and Pen Bay Hospital less than 1 mile in case of emergencies. Off the street parking in private driveway. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY No Pets/Animals. Beach access stairs are located at the back of the property at #20 Warrenton Street (in listing photos).Please stay on the Right of Way path (line drawing in listing photos) at the far side of #20.
