Ocean front penthouse at family fun-filled resort

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This 15th floor penthouse condo sleeps 6 comfortably at resort that has indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers. Located just 2 1/2 miles airport and within 5 miles from tons of attractions, restaurants, shopping and golfing; there is always something to do here at Myrtle Beach. This condo has a full kitchen 3 beds and the most beautiful views of the ocean. Relax, unwind and enjoy your vacation here. The space You will certainly enjoy this magnificent view from the 15th floor. Miles of and sand ocean are right outside those sliding doors. Inside the condo will comfortably sleep 6 people. The main bedroom has 2 full-size beds. In the living room, there is a full-size Murphy bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen has your basic pots and pans, silverware, dinnerware, and glassware for friends or family of 8 to use. The resort has tons of fun things to do, such as the outdoor pool, hot tub, and lazy river. Inside, there is a wonderful large indoor pool area where even the littlest ones have their own pool and lazy. The Landmark Resort is just south of the main attractions of the boardwalk and only a mile away from Myrtle Beach International Airport. During your stay, you will be provided with a basic starter package of items. These are 3 rolls of toilet paper, a trash can liner for each trash can, a roll of paper towels, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser in the shower. We also provide dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and dish towels in the kitchen. The condo will have sheets for each of the beds in the condo. We always provide sets of towels for the number of guests that the condo will sleep. **** We do not provide a daily cleaning or a towel exchange*** All guests have access to all pools and spas on the ocean side. All Air BnB guests are not allowed to use the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and kiosks at the poolside at the hotel. All guests do not have access to the mini-golf and pool located across the street next to the parking garage. The condo will have a keyless entry system. On the day of check-in, no need to go to the front desk, simply go to the condo, there will be a guest key card, which allows for access to all locked entrances, 2 parking passes, and pool bands. Please ensure you do not lose the key card or the parking passes. The replacement will cost $ 50.- for the key card and $ 25.- for the parking passes. All check-in times are at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. All late check-outs will be charged a $ 25 per hour fee.
