The contemporary property was built in 2015 on 1880m2 of land and designed to be eco-friendly, having obtained the passive house certificate (Minergie P). It accommodates 2 houses and provides; parking, its own private terrace and access to a large open garden for guests and children to relax or play in. The house has been decorated and equipped to a high standard and is an ideal property for families or large groups intending to explore the Swiss Riviera. On arrival, you will have access to a large private parking. A small staircase leads you up to the property, where you have your own terrace and can experience the stunning views of Lake Geneva and the surrounding Swiss Alps. On entering the villa you will find significant storage, a washroom and a staircase to the cellar which has a laundry room. The villa is open plan with a large living and dining room area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The open space is ideal for families and friends to eat, drink and spend quality time together. The space is very bright with large bay windows offering a beautiful view of the lake and mountains as well as direct access to the terrace. On the first floor, there are 3 large bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate 6 people (With 1 additional double sofa beds and extra single bed possibly accommodate large families). There are two large bathrooms which offer bath and shower facilities. In summer: The villa comes with a beautiful garden and large terrace, where you can make the most of the warm weather while dining alfresco and taking in the stunning views. There are numerous lake and mountain walks and a nearby small train which takes you to the top of the mountain (Les Pleiades) In the lower part of the garden you will find a share area with outdoor swimming pool (Opening time during the day) and a trampoline at floor level. Your eco-friendly villa offers constant temperatures even with the strong heat In winter: There will be occasional snow in the garden depending on the season and temperatures. The access road is always cleared. In the vicinity of the house (300 m) a small train stop makes it possible to go up to Les Pleiades, a small family ski resort. Alternatively you can reach many ski resorts by car 10-15 mins for the family ski resorts (les Pleades et les Paccots) or 30-40 mins to the main ski resorts (Portes du soleil / Diableret / Villars / Verbier, etc.) Your eco-friendly villa offers constant temperatures with underfloor heating on both levels. Guest access Guests will have full access to a self contained three bedroomed villa and terrace overlooking Lac Leman. The property also benefits from a large parking and private access. Other things to note We live in the attached house, and maintain the garden and swimming pool. The swimming pool and trampoline are both in the shared area and will be used mainly by our AirBNB guests and our children. The villa has been designed to give the maximum privacy. We will be here to host you on arrival, and happy to help with any enquiry you may have. Please be informed as per AirBNB rules the house is not suitable to host parties.
