Relax with the whole family and/or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy swimming in the private heated pool, relax in the spa, or have your own ping pong tournament on the screened in back porch. Feel like exploring? Enjoy some time at the beach, just a short block away, or do a little shopping and grab a bite to eat in beautiful Old Town. This is a cozy beach cottage with an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room area. There are hardwood floors throughout, except the bathrooms which have slate tile. The kitchen has an extra large island with four bar stools and there is a dining table for four as well. The master bedroom has a large en suite and the other two rooms share a nice size bathroom. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and a futon the size of a full size bed. In addition, there is a twin size blowup mattress and a twin size cot in the second bedroom closet. They can be placed in whichever room is preferred. The 1/2 bath is accessible from the back porch, but is fully cooled and heated like the rest of the house. The main attraction is the extra large screened in porch with a ping pong table and seating to enjoy looking out over the pool. The entire house and yard are available for your use. There is a shed/workshop in the back of the property which is not included with the rental. I will be available for any questions or issues you may have throughout your stay. The property is within the historic district of Old Town, Bay St Louis. It is .6 miles away from the corner of Main Street and Beach Boulevard. Close enough to access quickly, but far enough to be more quiet and peaceful. The beach is a .2 mile walk. There are a few homes under construction or renovation close by, but they should not disrupt your stay.
