The space The large outdoor space on the ground floor, completely fenced, is equipped with a private swimming pool (6x4m), accessible from the external staircase, with poolside deckchairs, gazebo, sitting area and adjacent outdoor shower, to give moments of relaxation with a direct view of the olive grove. Large and bright, the first floor of the house includes a double bedroom with a small terrace and a private bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and a view of the pool. The kitchen, typical of rustic Tuscan farmhouses, is equipped with a large pantry, appliances (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, mocha, blender, mixer) and a dining table. Upstairs there is another bedroom with two beds, one single and the other a queen size, there is also a bathroom with shower and a living room with sofa, Smart TV and Alexa also connected to the lighting system. The house is also equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Bed linens and towels are provided and included in the price, there is also a weekly linen change for long stays (more than ten days).
