The space Âncora's house is equipped with a gas barbecue, furniture, appliances (55"TV in the living room, 5 burners, 2 refrigerators, brewery, wine cellar, watermelon, microwave, air fryer, blender, sandwich maker, fruit juicer, washing machine, fan), dishes, cutlery, glasses/glasses, pots and cooking utensils. IMPORTANT: For New Year's Eve, we only accept reservations for a minimum of 10 nights. Guest access Guests have private access to the house, pool, deck and 4 parking spaces. You can also enjoy the common areas of the condominium, especially the seaside deck, with its gardens, gazebos and comfortable furniture. The condominium is safe, with a guardhouse at the entrance and on the seafront with a 24-hour doorman, to control the access of authorized people. Other things to note Guests need to respect the rules of the house (limit of guests) and the condominium, behaving appropriately, without causing discomfort to neighbors, notably with regard to noise and the height of the sound. They should also treat all employees with urbanity. The guest, upon arrival, will receive the house with clean bed and bath linens for their stay. If the reservation is longer than one week, bedding and bath linens will be changed after 5 nights at no additional cost. The house will only be rented with the employee for cleaning and kitchen services.
