Home includes all linens, bedding, and even beach chairs :) side yard for the kids to play, and includes some fishing poles so you can hookup and unplug. Guest access You will have access to the entire home (besides the outdoor shed and one owner's closet in the north-east bedroom). Spacious layout with privacy. Other things to note All renters much be 25 years of age or older and be able to present proof of ID upon check in. Any guests under the age of 25 may be subject to security deposit and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund. Please note pool water heater is off between April 15th and October 15th.
