Out back, unwind on the spacious deck, fire up the Weber propane grill, or take a dip in the heated pool (October 15 – April 15). Bring your sense of adventure — the property includes fishing poles and a custom underwater dock light that attracts Snook, Snapper, and even Tarpon right to your dock! Inside, you’ll find all linens, towels, and beach chairs provided. The side yard offers a safe place for kids to play, and there’s even a fruit and herb garden for your use. The A/C system features a built-in air sanitizer, and the new four-panel glass doors bring in cool coastal breezes and plenty of sunshine. Located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, it’s perfect for peaceful morning or evening walks. You’ll be just 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to local restaurants and shops, 10 minutes to the Pomp Casino & Topgolf, 20 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Beach and FLL Airport, and 45 minutes to Miami Beach. Guest access You will have access to the entire home (besides the outdoor shed and one owner's closet in the north-east bedroom). Spacious layout with privacy. Please note that the pool heater operates seasonally — it is turned off from April 15th through October 15th. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and parties or loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. We want you and your group to relax, have fun, and enjoy your stay, but please be mindful of our wonderful neighbors so everyone can have a great experience.
