The property is nestled among mature timber, with a creek running through the backyard. Most days, you'll get to see moose :) The main house has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a loft. Princeton Hot Springs: 50-minute drive Guest access Full access to the entire home and garage. The garage is detached (about 15ft from the house). 2 bedrooms are located above the heated garage. All bathrooms are located inside the main house. Other things to note Our home is at 11,000 ft elevation. Even if you've been to the mountains frequently - sleeping at 11,000 ft is VERY different than 9,500 (Breckenridge) - you will need to prepare for altitude sickness. We provide an oxygen concentration machine, that we recommend everyone uses upon arrival for 5-10 mins. All guests must have an AWD vehicle to access the home Nov-April, no refunds given if you get stuck in the snow. Our driveway is plowed if more than 6" accumulate overnight. If snow starts later in the day, you will not be plowed until the following day. It's $200 additional for an "emergency plow". We reccomend a private rental with TURO - if you rent through a rental company, you risk not getting an AWD vehicle and not being able to access the home. Pet fee of $150 applied for up to 2 pets/stay. Additional pets must be approved and will be $50/pet additional. Please report any concerns with the home within 24hrs of check-in. Completing a stay and asking for a retroactive refund will not be considered without clear upfront communication throughout the stay. We are in a rural area with strict fire ban regulations. There should be no open fires, no firearms use, or ember producing activities (fireworks, ATVs, etc) while on property. Being in a rural area, despite our best efforts you may have an occasional spider, mosquito, or pest sneak in. Please keep doors closed and locked.
