A close proximity to numerous waterfalls, hiking trails, wineries and so much more awaits you. Private drive keeps traffic to a minimum. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Pets are welcome! There will be $200 cleaning fee for a stay with your pet. Although we do welcome pets to come stay with our guests, they are not allowed on the beds or furnitures. Please note that this residential neighborhood has a 10 mph posted speed limit for the protection of many vacationing families with small children who must walk or bike to the shoreline from their inland properties. Amenities are included, to ease the start of your stay, but the guests are responsible once it runs out. (Toilet paper, soap, etc). Quiet Hours commence at 10PM. There will be a $1,500 penalty charge for unauthorized parties and number of guests exceeding the authorized amount. Extra guest fee: After 4 guests, $45 per person, per night July to Labor Day: Weekly reservations only. Checking in on Saturday, and checking out on Saturday. Labor Day to Memorial Day: Daily reservations available.
