Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, under 20 lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and a $250 fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines. Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals that provide a service to their owners, for example, seeing-eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies. Add mid-stay housekeeping for $35 per hour, for as few or as many times during your stay as you like. (2-hour minimum required) Pool Heating Details - Pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate of $125 per night. - The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. As the pools are outside we have them set for 87 degrees, but as the temps drop so do the pools, especially if it is raining. - We generally recommend that the pool be heated from October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. - To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: - Free early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time. - Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out. - You will receive simple and easy-to-follow check-out instructions upon your arrival. -A rental contract will emailed for electronic signature before check-in. Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit). Guest must provide CC and ID that match for the reservation. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 21. If we need to call the police to the home for any reason during your stay, you will be asked to leave without a refund. Outside guests who are not included in the reservation, smoking, and the like are all terms for immediate removal from the home without refund.
