Highridge C8 Condominium Welcome to Highridge C8, a tastefully decorated one-bedroom condominium with a loft that comfortably sleeps six. Ideally located at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road, this inviting retreat is just moments from the base lodges, making it a perfect home base for both adventure and downtime. The space The living room offers a cozy gathering space complete with a wood-burning fireplace and a double pull-out sleeper sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including an electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience on the main level. The private bedroom features two twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests. Upstairs, the open loft offers a comfortable queen bed, creating a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The loft level also includes a 42" flat-screen TV and a second full bathroom, providing added comfort and privacy for larger groups. ​​​​​​​Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including a fitness room, community game room, and relaxing hot tubs. With beautiful mountain surroundings and an unbeatable location close to skiing, hiking, and year-round outdoor activities, Highridge C8 is an ideal choice for families and small groups looking to experience the best of Killington. ​​​​​​​ Highridge offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Guest access We offer a fully remote check-in process for your convenience. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text message with a link to complete our rental agreement. On the day of arrival, you will receive a separate text with a secure link to provide the required security deposit authorization. Once both the rental agreement and security deposit are completed, you will be sent our welcome guide, which includes the property address, door code, Wi-Fi information, and all check-in details. Please note that check-in information cannot be released until all required steps are completed. Other things to note • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit. • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property. • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo. • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo. • EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Contact KRA to register your information. • Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. • Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow. • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo. • Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
