Red Cedar Hideaway

Red Cedar Hideaway boasts a light filled airy open plan living space made from Australian timbers. The house is a pleasant 5 minute amble to Crescent Head Point, Main Beach, Killick Creek, shops and Country Club in the village of Crescent Head. It is a 3 minute walk to Backbeach via a bush path found at the bottom of our garden. We provide a breakfast basket with cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit, as well as jam and butter. To welcome our guests we leave a bottle of wine and brie and crackers. The space The house has undercover off street parking for 2 vehicles. The house has a very large open, airy well equipped kitchen/living area. There are 2 large bedrooms with built in wardrobes. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The lounge room looks out onto a back verandah where a gas barbecue and outdoor dining setting is provided to allow guests to enjoy meals on balmy evenings and breakfasts enjoying the myriad of birdlife that abounds in the red cedar tree that provides shade and refuge. Quality linen is included and also crockery, cutlery, microwave, BabyQ webber, Coffee Machine, Front Loading washing machine, Iron and ironing board, outdoor eating and requisites needed, TV, refrigerator. Guest access Guests will have the upper level of our two storey house which includes two large bedrooms, large kitchen/dining area, lounge room, 3 way bathroom, front deck area and drive in under cover carport and back verandah. The lower level where we live when not up at our farm will be locked and inaccessible. Other things to note Although there are no stairs in the upper storey and you are able to walk into front door from the carport there is one step down of 200mm when moving from the entrance hallway to the lounge room. This would mean it is not wheelchair friendly or suitable for elderly people who are unsteady on their feet. Registration Details PID-STRA-6009
