The house is located 25 min from the closest ski resorts. The space window a/c units during the warmer seasons. also 2 of the bedrooms have ceiling fans, and there are 2 standing fans available that you can bring wherever you’d like. We kept visiting Jim Thorpe with our two dogs (spark and bagel) and every time we would look for a house to buy. We saw this home a few years ago but we weren't ready to take on this project. Fast forward - we came up to tour another home and when we were about to leave, we saw this house was on the market again. It was a sign. Now we own a little piece in Jim Thorpe this magical town we love so much. We are based in Philadelphia and when we can't come up here we open our home to guests. NOTE: there are security cameras outside the house - side by the driveway and back toward the terrace. they can record continuous audio and visual. they do not see or hear anything inside the house Guest access guests can access entire home Other things to note When booking, PLEASE indicate the correct number of guests so we can set up the house accordingly! We want our guests to be able to enjoy the house and make sure there are enough beds and etc! additionally, there is an extra guest fee which you will see when you put in your guest count. let us know if you need an early check in or late check out - we can usually accommodate! There is a TV in the living room and all of the bedrooms. They have access to hulu. Netflix, and other apps, but there IS NOT cable tv! WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHS!
