Other things to note -Any utilities (electric, water, gas) over $350 per 30 days of stay is guests' responsibility. Typical use of the home usually does not exceed this amount. We can help you understand how to cut down costs if there is a concern. -For stays of 45 days or longer, a professional cleaning will be included every 30 days and charged to the guest in the amount of $200 per clean.  Cleanings will be scheduled by the home host and guest.  Additional cleanings are available at the guest's request. -Pool/spa heating is available for an additional charge of $600 every 30 days of reservation. Spa heating only is available for an additional charge of $300 every 30 days. Please allow five days advance notice to heat pool to desired temperatures. -Please note that access to the mailbox is not available. Please do not have anything sent to the mailbox. -Supplies are provided for the first 5-7 days of your stay. Replenishment of supplies, propane & cleaning are the responsibility of the guest.
