The space The lodging is on one level and is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa, functional fireplace and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - A laundry room with washing machine. - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a closet. - Bedroom 2 : two single beds and a closet. - A bathroom with shower, hair dryer and towel dryer. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A beautiful 40 m² garden, private and enclosed by small gates, south-facing with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
