It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an open kitchen equipped, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 40 m². This lodging has Wifi. The space The lodging is on one level and is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa, functional fireplace and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - A laundry room with washing machine. - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a closet. - Bedroom 2 : two single beds and a closet. - A bathroom with shower, hair dryer and towel dryer. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A beautiful 40 m² garden, private and enclosed by small gates, south-facing with furniture to enjoy sunny days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - The fireplace is functional. Wood is provided. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are allowed in the gîte provided they are used to living indoors. Specific cleaning must be carried out before departure. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
