Guest access To comply with HOA and insurance requirements, the following steps are required after booking to confirm your reservation: ● Primary guest must be 25 years or older and on‑site the entire stay ● Reservation must be made by the guest staying at the property (no third‑party bookings) ● Valid government‑issued ID required — used for verification ● Email address required to send e‑sign rental agreement via secure link ● Read, initial, and e‑sign the rental agreement Once these steps are completed, your reservation is confirmed and everything is ready for your stay. Check‑in instructions are sent the day before arrival once verification is complete. All verification steps must be completed within 48 hours of booking. Other things to note ▪ Occupancy is strictly limited to 10 guests total, including children and infants. This ensures compliance with fire safety laws, HOA policies, and a comfortable stay for everyone. ▪ The indoor wood‑burning fireplace is seasonal and available for use from October–April. ▪ You may notice some nearby construction. Chalet Village continues to rebuild following the 2016 Gatlinburg fires, but the setting remains peaceful and is a favorite feature of guest stays. ▪ Seasonal small‑group discount: We offer a discount for groups of 4 or fewer during select off‑peak dates. Message us before booking to see if your stay qualifies.
