Other things to note The tourist tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid in advance (€1.80 per night for guests aged 6 and older, €2.60 per night for guests aged 16 and older). Our indoor pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Comfortable loungers invite you to relax. The SAUNA is available daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. You can conveniently purchase sauna tokens for €5 from Daniela at Schrofenalp (Alpe by the parking lot) or Wed–Sat starting at 7:30 PM from Markus at the bar. You can do your LAUNDRY in the basements of House 3 and House 6. You can also get laundry tokens from Daniela or Markus. You can always park for free in the vacation complex’s parking lot. If it’s full, you can park in the lots down the street (parking meter). Place your parking ticket from the key pouch in a visible spot in your car, and you can park here for free as well. Please dispose of your TRASH in the trash shed at the parking lot—your apartment key fits the lock. There are also containers for glass and paper available there. Upon your departure, please place the KEY POUCH with the key in the return box to the right of the key safe at the main entrance. Thank you very much for your cooperation and have a pleasant stay! Please note that the resort is expected to be closed for maintenance from November 1, 2026, to approximately December 15, 2026, during which time the swimming pool and sauna will be closed.
