Close to major attractions and skiing: Kalahari- 8 min, Camelback- 15 min, Jack Frost - 25 min, Big Boulder - 20 min. 4 minutes to indoor heated community pool (passes required and can be purchased via app). The space The home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. Top floor has 2 bedroom - bedroom #1 with 2 queen beds and bedroom #2 with a king size and 2 full beds. Ideal for a family with 2 children. Top floor has half a bath. Main floor has a bedroom with a king size bed as well as a full bath with a tub. Basement has a sofa sleeper and a full bath with a shower. Main floor and a basement both have wood burning fireplaces (with some wood and fire starters waiting for you). Kitchen has a large variety of cooking pans and pots in many sizes as well as various dishes. Coffee and tea lovers will enjoy a nice selection of teas and coffees, including a Keurig K-Kups machine with a few types of coffee. Brand new almost 250 SF porch with a gas grill , smart TVs in basement, main floor living room, and main floor bedroom, ping pong table, board games, are just a few highlights. PS: Brand new 800 SF deck with hot tub!!! Guest access You will be able to access the home with a door code via smart lock. Other things to note Please note that this community does not allow fireworks. Please only use the top digital lock on the main door, and please DO NOT use the bottom one as keys to that lock are not provided. If you are joining us for a special occasion and plan to bring decor, please DO NOT GLUE OR TAPE TO WALLS (reach out to us and we will be glad to help with safe placement areas). Also, please note that we decorate the home for Christmas and Halloween (nothing intense but themed decor is present). Please let us know if you are uncomfortable with that. We love all pets, but due to possible allergy concern for some guests, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please be considerate of neighbors. Quiet hours are 11pm-8am. This means that any music should be kept at reasonable levels. please do still feel free to enjoy the outdoors. it's quite serene and beautiful even at night, especially in the summer. Finally, please be advised that we have cameras on perimeter outside of the house. This is for your safety, as well as ours (and because we like to monitor the wildlife when guests aren't there 😃). We do not monitor them during your stay, so have fun, but we may review the footage if needed.
