Located less than an hour from Montreal, you can quickly enjoy the warm and elegant atmosphere of this new construction with spa, in a peaceful private estate surrounded by nature. Offering stunning views of an enchanting lake, this property is ideal for a base in nature, summer, fall, and winter. Monthly rental 32 days+ only. The space The cottage can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It includes four bedrooms and two full baths. The spacious kitchen with island will allow you to cook delicious meals in good company. The bright veranda will allow you to admire the lake and the nature that surrounds you. For your entertainment, you'll have access to a smart TV, WiFi, indoor gas fireplace, and table hockey game. Outside, a peaceful space awaits: -a 4-season private spa - a relaxing outdoor fire pit (only available between May and September) - a trampoline (only available between May and October) ***LAC DU ROCHER is a semi-private mini-lake: suitable for swimming, non-fishable and non-motorised. - a private dock - 1 single kayak for adults + 1 child kayak (only available in summer) - 🚫 The pedal boat is no longer available ⚠️ No guarantee of operation or safety is offered on the kayak. Tours could take place during your stay, but you will be notified in advance and compensation will be offered in case of any inconvenience. Thanks for understanding! Other things to note PLEASE note that we do not give any guarantees on the operation, cleanliness, or technical support for the BBQ from November to April (there is no maintenance carried out during this period). Propane is provided from May to October inclusive. The internet you will have is a good connection offered by Cogeco, which is reliable and fast for remote work. Television is available with Roku, but cable is not included. The indoor gas fireplace is unavailable from May to September due to lack of maintenance during this period. It is in operation from the beginning of October to the end of April. If you would like to use it outside of these dates, please feel free to ask us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that the outdoor fireplace is only available between May and September. A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed in the parking lot of the chalet and it is forbidden to park on the streets of the estate. We provide one bath towel per person.
