You may also reach out to us for assistance with booking guided game drives Other things to note You have full access of the house, the boma/lapa at the bottom for you bush braais (barbecue) and can take walks around the surrounding area. All guests get a once off complimentary game drive on the Lodge game viewer, at a convenient time to them and with prior arrangement with your hostess. Additional game drive trips come at a fee. Enquire with the Lodge manager. Please be mindful of the fact that this is a big 5 game reserve where animals roams around freely. Baboons can enter the property if windows and doors are left open and unattended. Please take special care to close all windows and doors when not at the house or outside even for short periods of time. Baboons can cause serious damage looking for food. Please do not feed them. Should guests be negligent and there are damages due to this, guests will be held accountable for any damages incurred to the property. Please be aware that check-out times are strictly enforced and must be no later than 10 am. This allows housekeeping sufficient time to clean the lodge and prepare for the arrival of new guests on the same day. Late check-outs are not permitted without prior agreement, and guests will incur an hourly charge for overstaying. Regarding travel, it is recommended to use a vehicle with high ground clearance due to the dirt roads encountered within the game reserve.
