Any vehicle found parked all day will be subject to a fine of over $500. - Please note there is NO trash pickup - guests will need to discard all trash at the designated Homeowners Dumpster Area. Instructions will be provided. Failure to discard trash will result in fines. - Please note: Access to the NPOA Recreation Center requires a separate fee of $10 per person, per day, and is not included with your reservation.
