Condo has a fully stocked kitchen, king size bed, twin size bed that opens to king, modular sofa & futon in the living room. Two TVs , one in the living room, one in the bedroom. Pets welcome, however there is a $50 fee to cover cleaning fees. 5 min to Carrabelle beach, 30 min to St George Island, 15 min to Dog Island by boat. Located on the river off of Hwy 98 in Carrabelle, Fl. The space On the river, adjacent to both the Moorings and the Carrabelle Marina Guest access You may use all interior space except the locked owner closet. Also the outside back patio. Guests are allowed 1 parking spot. Other things to note Boats may be parked at The Moorings of Carrabelle or The Carrabelle Marina Please contact them with any questions. You may not park your boat on site without contacting either of them! Only 1 parking space available!
