Tucked away in the gated community of Flamingos inside the Ocean Front Complex of Quinta del Mar Kitchen fully equipped, towels, linens, beach towels, BBQ, washer/dryer, dish washer, maid service is provided at no additional costs for stays of 10+ days. General Information Bedrooms Master bedroom is very spacious with private full bathroom, balcony, king size bed. Guest room has 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed, and attached full bathroom. Living room has a pull out sofa sleeper. Upon request we have a baby crib and high chair. Amenities Guest room and living room have a TV. Kitchen with all cookware and dishes provided. Outdoor gas grill with BBQ utensils provided. Guest access We meet you at the property, check you in, give you keys, collect your refundable security deposit, and introduce you to the property. We also meet you at the property and check you out, do an inspection and hand you back your security deposit. Other things to note Locking safe in each bedroom closet for you to use. We check you into the rental in person, and we check you out of the rental in person. There is no self-check in or self-check-out option. Security Deposit Required @ check in, 100% refundable at check out, $300 USD or Peso Equivalent (based on Bank of Mexico Exchange rates), this can be paid in cash our we can charge a credit/debit card on site at rental check-in/and process card refund at check out. Check Out Policy: Check out is at 11AM. We do not offer check out past 11AM. Check In Policy: Check in is allowed between 4PM-9PM. Early check in requests will be evaluated on a request basis. After Hours Check In Policy: Check in after 9PM is not something we offer as a standard business practice. If arriving by air please book an earlier flight, if arriving by car leave earlier. Getting through the airport can take 45 Minutes-1.5 hours arriving from out of country. Travel time to the property can take another 20-45 minutes. If you are renting a car that could take 1-1.5 hours for processing and paperwork. Please book a flight that gets you in early enough to allow for these items and arrival time no later than 9PM. If you are planning on arriving or need to arrive after 9PM you need to inquire with us first prior making your reservation to see if we can accommodate you; if we can accommodate you there will be a late check in fee payable in cash due upon arrival. If you fail to inquire and receive approval for late check in prior to making your reservation, you will be responsible for cancelling your reservation on your side at your full cost. Any cancellation requested within two weeks of the initial reservation being received will be granted a 100% refund, anytime after that normal cancellation policy applies. Please make sure you have your transportation arrangements worked out before you make your reservation or within 2 weeks of making your reservation or your funds may be at risk based on normal cancellation policy rules/regulations. ________________________________________ One of our agents will check him in at the entrance and greet the property on a personal basis. There is no option to check in or out without the presence of one of our rental agents. Checkout policy: The checkout is at 11: 00. We do not offer check-out after 11:00 am. After-hours check-in policy: Entrance after 9pm is not something we offer as a standard practice. If you arrive by plane, book an earlier flight, if you arrive by car, leave early. If you're renting a car, processing and paperwork may take 1 to 1.5 hours. Book a flight that takes you early enough to allow for these items and the arrival time no later than 9 p.m. If you plan or need to check in after 9pm first you should check with us before making your reservation, to see if we can receive it; If we can receive it there will be an extra charge for late check in, which you must pay in cash upon arrival. If you do not inquire and are not authorized prior to booking for late check-in, you will be responsible for canceling your reservation.
