The first level offers an updated kitchen and large living area with large sliding glass doors that open to a deck overlooking the ocean. The second level features two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. One bedroom features two twin beds and the other features a second ocean facing deck. The third level is a private suite. Please note that this property requires a one month minimum booking period in the summer. Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge.
