Capri Beach House Residencial Familiar has two apartments available for rent. They are located on the 2nd floor of the residential building, one studio for 4 people and one apartment with 3 bedrooms for 8 people (with independent rentals). The common area has a gourmet barbecue with a kitchen (see house rules) and a rooftop pool with a gazebo with a privileged view of Babitonga Bay. Inside the residential complex, there is an apartment on the ground floor where the Host and the Owner reside. The space The apartment/studio is small and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, gas stove/oven, gourmet sink, refrigerator with freezer, well-structured bedroom/living room with TV, air conditioning for the comfort of those who stay. Guest access - Rooftop pool with sun all day; - Sun loungers and tables with chairs available for both apartments; - Lookout with one of the most beautiful views of Capri, overlooking Babitonga Bay and Serra do Mar; - Gourmet barbecue grill fully equipped with industrial stove and wood oven (with rules of use); - Official Pool Table next to the barbecue; - 2 independent apartments that can accommodate a total of up to 12 people; - Entrance hall with shower and beach chairs/parasol for each apartment. Other things to note The seaside resort of Capri is known for its beauty and geographical exuberance, formed by a peninsula in the wonderful Babitonga Bay. The beach has fine white sands and calm, clean waters. Capri is known for its high-end homes and marinas. In this location, you can see beautiful speedboats and yachts in private marinas. A beach suitable for swimming, an extensive strip of sand for walking on a still wild beach. The region has canals, rivers and a beautiful bay, great places for fishing, kayaking and water sports. There are some Tourist Spots in the Region, such as the cable-stayed walkway to Capri Beach, Ruins of an old Leprosarium, the Chapel of São Judas Tadeu with a wooded square and a playground for children's fun. Local shops in Balneário Capri: Fishmonger, kiosks, pizzeria, grocery store and the Capri Yacht Club restaurant. Other shops are 4 km from Capri. We are 4 km from Forte Marechal Luz and Praia do Forte. There are other easily accessible beaches 10 km away: Itaguaçu, Ubatuba, Enseada, Molhe, Prainha, and Praia Grande. Each with its own unmissable characteristics and beauty!
