Wyvern is a large, modern, spacious and contemporary house in a quiet and peaceful area of Bude, Cornwall. Beaches and town are just 5 min walk. Sleeps up to 18 persons, 8 bedrooms, 6 shower/bathrooms (3 en-suite), Hot Tub, Sauna and Childrens/Teenagers play room with pool table, arcade machines and 50" flat screen for gaming. Please note that Parties and events for groups is not allowed as per Airbnb rules. The space Sleeps up to 16 persons, 8 bedrooms, 6 shower/bathrooms (3 en-suite), off-road parking for up to 8 cars, Free WiFi, hot tub for up to 5 persons at a time, sauna for up to 8 persons at a time, surfboard, bodyboard and wetsuits available. Childrens/Teenagers playroom with pool table, arcade machine and 50" flat screen for gaming. To the rear of the house there are private (secured) large garden area's and a large level decked area, all of which are south facing. Incorporated in the garden area is a Hot Tub and Sauna which is included in your stay. Events or parties are unfortunately not allowed. Other things to note Wyvern is located in a residential area and we ask that consideration is given to local residents and neighbours. Unfortunately we are unable to accept Hen Weekends, Stag Weekends, Student Groups, Party Weekends and Single Sex Groups. Events and Parties are unfortunately not allowed. We also only offer full 7 night stays only during months of July and August.
