The monumental building of the sixteenth century, which belonged to the family whose name it carries, was partly taken over... The space ... by Vincenzo Apruzzi in 2017. The entrepreneur, with over 50 years of experience in the construction sector, together with his team of professionals and operators, took up the challenge of bringing the ancient building back to life, abandoned for over forty years. The concept that guided the reconstruction was to innovate the building by recovering the existing historical elements. The final result gives the city a unique building of its kind, in which history and modernity coexist. The large sixteenth-century mansion is now a completely renovated building, capable of accommodating up to 49 guests in 15 apartments, ranging in size from 36 mq to 84 mq, consisting of a sleeping area and a living area with a kitchen. Accompanying the accommodation are common areas, such as a large reception hall, a multiservice master lounge, the ancient chapel, a relax area with bathtub and an internal courtyard. The presence of an internal lift makes it easy to use the spaces even for wheelchairs. " All apartments have a kitchen complete with induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The bathrooms are complete with 3 elements and all have a walk-in shower, refill courtesy kit and hairdryer with diffuser. Attractions: Ostuni, perched on three hills, is located inside the Itria Valley, 218 meters above sea level. It is 42 km north-west of Brindisi, 8 km from the Adriatic coast and it was awarded the Blue Flag. Ostuni, the White Town, is picturesque and to be experienced. Ostuni, a renowned tourist destination, boasts a wonderful medieval village, rich with alleys and whitewashed houses, in a maze of streets which recalls an Arab Kasbah. Take a stroll in the old town centre, called “la terra” (the land) to distinguish it from the more recent “marina”: it offers picturesque spots amid the alleys, sloping stairs, courtyards and small squares, where whitewashed houses appear, embellished with geraniums, craft shops, typical restaurants and small shops.
