Indoor playground with tons of toys, loft bed (90×200 loft integration) + double bed (160×200 – large enough for adults too). Kids’ dreams come true here! 🍳 KITCHEN (17 m²) High-end appliances, cooking island, Samsung fridge with filtered water & ice cubes, fully automatic coffee maker, kettle, toaster, everything needed for cooking and baking. 💻 WORKSPACE Bright, daylight-flooded area with height-adjustable desk, printer/scanner + super-fast Ethernet (up to 250 Mbps possible). 🛏️ BEDROOMS - Master bedroom with large king-size bed - Additional bedroom with queen-size double bed - Children’s room: loft bed (single) + additional single bed - Living area (mezzanine/loft): 2 single beds All sleeping areas are equipped with high-quality, comfortable bedding. One of the rooms also features a smart TV. 🛁 BATHROOM Spacious, barrier-free rain shower, double vanity, changing table on request. Two separate toilets (one next to the bathroom, one between living room and children’s room). 🌳 GARDEN Private lockable gate, video-monitored – safe for kids and everything else. 🔑 GUEST ACCESS Main gate via app or automatic opener, house door via PIN pad or app (codes sent before check-in). 🧼 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE High-quality bed linen & towels included. The doors of the bungalow itself, have electric door locks with pin pad or via app. You will receive the codes in time before your check-in. The kitchen is stocked with essentials: coffee, tea, flour, sugar, oatmeal, various spices and other basic ingredients – so you can start cooking right away.
