In the living room you will find a large dining area for 8 people, this is located under the window located in the roof that can be opened electronically and gives daylight, as well as a cozy seating area with large sofa, smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney Plus, YouTube and much more. Children's room 40sqm with indoor playground and all the toys to make children's dreams come true. The children's room has a loft in which a bed is integrated, furthermore there is a double bed (140x200) the beds are large enough to accommodate adults in it. Kitchen 17sqm equipped with state of the art appliances, cooking island and 4 seats that invite you to have breakfast at it. Samsung refrigerator offers plenty of space as well as cold filtered water and ice cubes. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, baking and beyond. Fully automatic coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery are a given. Daylight-flooded work area with huge desk that is adjustable in height. A printer/scanner as well as Ethernet connection with super fast 250 Mbit/s, allowing you to download at 31.3 megabytes per second. Also in the living room, just behind the work area, is another mezzanine that is furnished with two single beds. All bedrooms have high quality comfortable bedding, two of them equipped with double bed and one with smart TV. The bathroom is large and cozy, with barrier-free rain shower, two washstands and a changing table on request. The toilets are two separate WC's, one just off the bathroom and the other between the living room and the children's room. The garden has its own lockable gate and is video monitored, here children as well as everything else are safe and protected. Guest access There is a main gate that leads onto the property, access is gained here via an app or automatic opener. The doors of the bungalow itself, have electric door locks with pin pad or via app. You will receive the codes in time before your check-in. Other things to note We provide high quality bed linen and towels. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, flour, sugar, oatmeal and some more basic food items, spices etc. Additional services: - late check-out or check-in is subject to availability and can be arranged. - Cleaning during the stay can also be booked for an extra charge A registration form must be filled out before check-in. The Weber grill must be cleaned by guests after use - appropriate equipment is available. For non-successful grill cleaning we charge 50€ additional cleaning fee.
