The space Freshly remodeled with new appliances, air conditioning, furniture, everything really! Located in a quiet neighborhood, fenced, you'll feel very much at home. Enjoy evenings or days on the deck as kids play in the giant yard away from any concern of traffic. This property is decorated in the 70's Boho Vibe with the modern flair. You'll feel like you are on the set of HGTV! The kitchen is fully stocked and large refrigerator to for long summer stays, or while hosting a wedding or party. These of course will need prior approval with guest count and nature of party. We respect our neighbors and want to keep good relationship with them. Please ask us questions rather than approaching their space. One of the few places that will host your pets, for a small pet fee. Guest access You'll have access to the entire property, minus the garage. This is a stand alone house. No shared spaces. Other things to note Parking only avail on property.. NO street parking. There is room for 7-10 cars . neighbor across the street is VERY sensitive to cars parked in his space. Only park on property Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: •Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come! •DO NOT allow them into the bedrooms. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets in many locations and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free. •We encourage you to bring your pets favorite bedding and blankets to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! •Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. •Let me know if you do not have extra bedding for them, I will provide it to you. •The bathroom tub or showers are for humans only. •When taking your pet out to the bathroom, please pick up after them. Other guests will greatly appreciate your taking responsibility for this. •Lastly, please do NOT Leave them alone unkenneled. We offer Rover service , if you are going to be gone and cannot take your animal or kennel them. Let us know and we can arrange it! There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
