For your safety, this property has 2 exterior cameras overlooking the entrance and backyard. The space The space CB90Clubhouse house is located in charming Rosewood. Off-street parking makes your arrival easy as you pull right up to the front door. Your Carolina experience starts in the living room where you’ll find a 65” smart TV, comfy seating for 8, and vintage game day posters. USC fans will love the Gamecocks memorabilia and collectibles featured throughout the house, especially in our garnet Gamecocks dining room with seating for 8. Our large cook's kitchen features stainless appliances (refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, microwave). Also in the kitchen you'll find, counter seating, a 65" smart TV, and arcade games to keep the family entertained. King Bedroom 1 features a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, and 55" smart TV. King Bedroom 2 has a memory foam king-size mattress, a twin bed also with memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, and 55" smart TV. Located off the living room, Bedroom 3 sleeps 2 in a memory foam Queen bed and has a 55" smart TV, and ceiling fan. There is fantastic backyard with a bar area with outdoor TV, Adirondack chairs around a Solo Stove fire pit and room to play. Access to a gas powered lifted golf cart is available for a small fee!
