Ideal for spending a few days with friends, for family reunions... for discovering wine tourism or for enjoying a few days of disconnection. The space Manor house in the heart of the Penedès wine region, surrounded by vineyards and wineries as well known as Torres, Freixenet, Juvé&Camps, Nadal, etc. Take the opportunity to visit wineries, take tourist routes among vineyards, visit Montserrat, Barcelona, Sitges beaches, Vilanova i la Geltrú... 5 minutes from Vilafranca del Penedès, the wine capital and 10 minutes from Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, known as the cava capital. Possibility to see rehearsals and performances of the Castellers de Vilafranca. An idyllic, large and quiet environment with a large garden for all ages. Pets are not allowed. Guest access This is an independent rural accommodation, so our guests have access to the open areas of the house and its garden. The use of the multipurpose room outside the house is not included in the advertised rental price, you will need to request separate information. Other things to note Minimum two-night rental. For stays of less than 5 days, check-in will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and check-out at 5:00. In the weeks of July and August, check-in will be at 5:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM, and bookings for a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in and check-out times can be made more flexible with the agreement of the parties, except for check-outs on Saturdays in the summer, which must be before 10:00 am. A security deposit of €300 for a weekend or €500 for a full week is payable upon check-in and is returned upon check-out if no damage has occurred.
