Enjoy modern amenities, elegant living spaces, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is welcome – come experience Atlanta in style! The space BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 18 guests in 7 bedrooms. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1-5: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) each room - Bedroom 6-7: 2 Queen (Sleeps 4) each room Square feet: Approximately 1072 sq. ft BATHROOMS: 2.5 Bathrooms The bathroom are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap), towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer. LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: The house is perfectly constructed with an open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. -Complimentary snacks & bottled water available for the guests -The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel cookware The living room is furnished with an oversized sofa and private sitting arrangements for guests. The new, modern kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances including a vented microwave. The dining room comfortably sits six (6) guests for dinner. All of your kitchen and dining needs will be met with essential wares consisting of plates, glasses, pots/pans, utensils etc. ENTERTAINMENT: A 55" smart streaming TV in the main living room for your leisure watching of news, sports and movies and the second one in the TV room on the lower level. === When you arrive you will notice on the lot there are 2 houses. A large main house and a small cottage in the back. The large main house, parking driveway & backyard is reserved for you and your guests' exclusive use. Note: For private security The Oldknow is equipped with a central station alarm for your use. Guest access INTERACTION WITH GUESTS >ID is required upon confirming the reservation< Self-check-in is available for your ease and convenience via a lock box. We like to give our guests the privacy to enjoy the space, but feel free to ask for local recommendations! We can be reached through the online booking platform, telephone, or text message. PARKING: We ask that all reservations are limited to 5 vehicles to be responsible and considerate neighbors! Additional parking may be available at local MARTA stations. GRILL: You are free to utilize the grill available but please be advised there is a separate service/cleaning charge of $25. Other things to note PETS: -Pet Fee: $150 per pet -Not all pets are allowed. (Guests should inquire before booking and send along a photo and full description of the animal as all pets need pre-approval to stay) -Up to 2 pets only (less than 20 lbs each) -Pets must be kept off the furniture and kept in a cage overnight or when guests are out - You are financially responsible for any possible extensive clean-up / deodorizing & or damage expenses incurred because of your pet during your stay Additional Rules: Simply treat our home as if it were yours and be respectful No additional guests aside from the guests listed in the reservation are allowed No smoking of any kind INSIDE the home No parties with excessive alcohol use No illegal drugs on the property No excessive music or noise Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet Place all trash in trash cans prior to departure Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher prior to departure Place all used towels in linen baskets or laundry room prior to departure Failure to adhere to the above policies can, unfortunately, result in immediate cancellation of your stay and/or vacating of the premises with an additional fee for extra cleaning and possibly forfeiting of your $200 security deposit. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
