You’ll love how nice, new and clean this home is. The bedrooms are large and spacious, the house is gated, secluded and very private , over 1 acre property. There is nothing in Matagorda that compares. The house very comfortably sleeps 16.. Guest house next door is also available for bookings. Guest house is sometimes occupied The space - 1 acre property fully fenced. - The full 1 acre is surrounded by bamboo for complete privacy. - Covered pavilion in the backyard with automatic lighting, large Lifetime brand bbq pit under pavilion. - Bedrooms are very large with the smallest being 16x16 and largest being 18x20 - Professionally decorated Bedroom 1: King bed with en suite full bath Bedroom 2: Queen bed , walk-in closet Bedroom 3: Three twin beds and a futon Bedroom 4: King bed , Queen bed, walk-in closet Bedroom 5: One full-on-full bunk bed, three full beds, and a pack n’ play , walk-in closet Guest access Access to the main house and back yard, guest house is separate Other things to note Small guest house to the right is not included, area to the right of the small house is not included. ** There are 2 cameras on property watching front driveway / entrance to property. We expect shoes to be taken off and spills / messes to be cleaned up. This is not your party house, this is my home so please respect it. Extra cleaning fees will be applied as needed. This is a no noise property , we have neighbors.
