Hike the Riverside trails for stunning views of the water below or go tubing through the rapids. The limestone gorge leads to cascading waterfalls worthy of every photo you take. Our Resort: Our Large cottage is more of a compound. It will take me some time to go over the amenities and will take you some time to read through it. Our 6 bedrooms 7 washroom (4 full and 3 half) cottage has a lot to offer. On a hill with water front throughout the entire compound. Thoughtfully furnished over years this will give you the perfect feel. Furniture pieces which have been collected from around the globe. Most of the house has dimmer lights installed for the best lighting that you prefer. With master bedroom on the second floor with attached en-suite, standing shower and a jacuzzi. Elegantly furnished again with seating area and a work station to work on. This bedroom over looks the water with a breath taking view. Our main floor is accessible from all ends of the property. Our main floor consists of an industrial stove, all pots, plates and pans you will need. Our Dining and a living room is right next to it. Living room is on our first balcony/deck with a fire place in the middle. On other side of the kitchen is our first family room. This brings us to another entrance of the house (this can be called the main entrance to the house) left of which is our first kitchen. If you go through the first doors it will bring you to our Large family room for you to enjoy a movie night with your family. With large windows over looking the backyard and water is the perfect place to enjoy your time with your entire family. This family room has powder room as well and our first set of laundry room. It also has a separate entrance to the far end of the house. Walking down the stairs through the main entrance will take you in our gym which connects with our pool. You can go to the backyard level of the house using stairs by the first family room, main entrance or through the large family room. Once on the backyard level is where you will have all the bedrooms, pool, hot tub, family room 3 of the full washrooms (1 en-suite with jacuzzi), 1 half washroom. This level has our fourth family room with TV. By the family room you will have two of the full bedrooms. Warning one of the bedrooms has an area where kids will love to sit (Please keep floor heating off thermostat is in that small space) Between the two full bedrooms is our 2nd full Washroom. Our family room is connected to the pool. Once in the pool area or before getting into the pool please check our first bedroom (facing the pool) This bedroom can be directly accessed through the pool on one side and through the family room as well. This bedroom has an en-suite with full washroom and jacuzzi. Going by the pool you will get to the gym (pool facing). Gym equipment includes a Rowing machine, Bike, treadmill, weights, bench and yes a massaging couch to enjoy at the end. After your gym you can head to a sauna or a hot tub (please take shower before that) or jump in the pool (please shower before and after for your health) Getting back to the house. The same pool area is connected to our 5th bedroom. This bedroom has a sleeper queen sofa and a TV. Please be careful while turning the TV to the sofa or to the bed. Our 4th full washroom is next to the this bedroom. This bedroom has it's own little space to sit outside and enjoy. Our 6th bedroom is a little difficult to explain but equally enjoyable and accessible. This can be best accessed through the upstairs large family room. or through our 5th bedroom which ever you prefer. Going back to the pool area :) Our pool has two garage doors, with one click it becomes an open pool to the backyard. It has a patio and we will get a seating available on this deck before the end of April. Our pool is deep on one and shallow on the other please do not leave kids unattended. Please bring a life jacket with you if you are still learning to swim. By the pool is our 1 person Suana that you can enjoy. A bar on the other side (please don't take drinks inside the pool) a lounger to relax on. Please don't use water vacuum, if you are staying for longer and it's needed please connect with me and I will be happy to explain. Yes, to the backyard. Our hot tub is right next to the pool patio door (and outside of the family room patio) We are getting our outdoor showers working again. You have not seen in the photos hopefully we should have it working before you book our cottage. On the other side of the property you will find the gorgeous seating/natural area and the fire pit. Please extinguish fire completely after use. Walk further down and you are in our out door kitchen. Yes, it's an outdoor kitchen. Grill your burgers and sit by the water, hear the waves and enjoy the food :) Please don't use the current trampoline that you see. Hopefully we will get to it and get that replaced too. Badminton net is installed please bring your rackets to play. Our backyard is not fully fenced and being on the hill we strongly advise you to be careful and not leave children unattended. Every guest we have had at our cottage has told us that photos don't do justice to the cottage. Hopefully we get a photographer who can catch a better sense of the house for you. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire cottage Other things to note Kindly make a note of a few things: In the larger kitchen, one of the two ovens and the ice dispenser are not working. Kindly use the ice tray for ice. PLEASE go through our hot tub, pool and gym waivers at the end. Snow removal: Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 5 cm, with the service expected to arrive within 24 hours. A shovel is available for guest use; if it is missing, please contact us. Please note that salting is not included, and we are not responsible for slips or falls if the snow removal service is delayed. Snow removal is not arranged for bookings more than 28 days. We have arranged lawn mowing. Due to rain the lawn mowing company's schedule is not predictable. Please don't be alarmed if you see someone with a lawnmower. We are on septic tank. Please Do Not flush anything other than toilet paper. This can clog the entire system and possibly flood the house. Please note that we do not provide items such as safety gates, or childproofing equipment. We recommend guests bring any necessary items for their family's safety and comfort. Note: There are trees in the backyard. Please make sure children don’t climb them and are supervised at all times for safety. We are on a hill PLEASE be very carefully driving down to the cottage. We have arranged snow removal. However we take no responsibility if snow is not removed on time or there is a fall and slip instance at the property. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for any damage to your car and any belongings at the property caused due to any reason. By booking the house you accept all the terms. Our property is not fully fenced. We are on an elevation from the water and if not careful, there could be a risk of fall. Please don’t leave young kids unattended in the backyard and take precaution while exploring our compound. Please do not lean on the fence. Our master bedroom is on first floor. There is no door on the path, a child safety gate for blocking the stair cases leading to the bedroom is available. Septic….We are on a septic system. Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. Any cost or damage incurred will be charged to the guests Water: Our water is drinkable Fire pit is by the outdoor kitchen. Please feel free to use it. We do not provide fire wood, if firewood is there please feel free to use it. Please keep fire extinguisher handy when on the fire pit. **We take no responsibility in anyway for any slip and fall. Any harm or damage occurred to any person or item due to pool, hot tub, sauna or outside river or any other hazard. PLEASE note we are on a hill and our fence might not be as secure or there could be possible gaps. Please don't leave children unattended. We take no responsibility of any fall. **From November to April, the BBQ and backyard are not maintained due to winter conditions. Since our cleaners do not have time to refill propane tanks, please note that propane is not provided. However, an empty tank is available on-site, and you can exchange it for a full one at your convenience. By booking the house guests relieve host and co-host of any liability for any known or unknown hazard. **Hot tub Waiver**: By booking the house guest accepts the below waiver for using the hot tub for themselves, everyone staying at the house and for any visitors of the guest who might use the hot tub WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB USE: In consideration of my use of the exercise equipment and facilities provided by the host, I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my guests, my family and friends accompanying me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that the host and its insurers, co-host, contractors and cleaners, shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me, or my guest in, on, or about the premises, or as a result of the use of the equipment/hot tub, regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of the host, cleaners or co-host. By the execution of this agreement, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type, which may occur to me or my guest, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge the host, co-host, cleaners and contractors, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out the use of said equipment. I expressly agree to indemnify and hold the host, co-host, contractors and cleaners harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me or my guest. I agree to be solely responsible for safety and well being of my guest and myself. I understand that the host does not provide supervision, instruction, or assistance for the use of the hot tub. I agree to conduct myself in a controlled and reasonable manner at all times, and to refrain from using the hot tub in a manner inconsistent with its intended design and purpose. I understand and acknowledge that the use of hot tub involves risk, including permanent disability and death, for any reason also including from water being contaminated or equipment malfunctioning. I also understand and take responsibility of its use including maintaining proper P.H level before using for myself, my guests and any visitors. By booking the house I agree to comply with the above release of responsibility for the use of hot tub to the host, co-host and cleaners. Pool Rules and waiver: **POOL RULES**: 1. Only experienced swimmers are allowed in the pool area. 2. Minors must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area. 3. Eating or drinking in the pool is not permitted. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the pool area. 4. Diving into the pool is not allowed. 5. While a diving board is installed, we kindly request that guests refrain from diving for their safety. 6. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. 7. The maximum number of swimmers in the pool should not exceed 10. 8. Please observe appropriate behaviour around the pool, such as refraining from running and engaging in horseplay. 9. Please maintain a noise-free environment in the backyard. Quiet hours for the backyard are between 7 PM to 7 AM, ensuring the comfort of our neighbours. 10. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience. If the pool becomes dirty during your stay, please feel free to use it. 11. Kindly refrain from opening the pool room located next to our pool.

 12. Please exercise caution around wet surfaces as we cannot be held responsible for slip and fall incidents in the pool area. Your safety is important to us. 13. Water is tested once a week by the home owner. Please test water if you wish before use. 14. No lifeguard on duty: Guests must swim at their own risk as there will be no lifeguard present. 15. Guest accepts and understand that neither the host, co-host, nor the cleaners can be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise in or around the pool area. It is important to acknowledge that certain inherent risks exist, and we cannot be held accountable for them. 16. We are not responsible for any injury. Please use at your own risk.
