Finca Jorsan - 3BR, Pool & Jacuzzi @ Valley

Finca Jorsán is located in Valle de Guadalupe, where the best restaurants and wineries in Ensenada are just a few minutes away by car. It's a very large, quiet, and safe space. It has three comfortable rooms, which will make your stay more pleasant. We have Smart TV, high-speed Internet, fully-equipped kitchen, A/C, fireplace, barbecue area, fire pit, outdoor furniture. The space Each room has windows overlooking the property, spacious closets, and a very comfortable bed. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Guest access Car. Other things to note •We have shower towels. •We recommend to bring your own wood/logs for the fire pit & chimney. •Within the 1 acre of the property, there’s a small little house where the service persons live. There’s a chance you see someone doing gardening or cutting some grass around. They take care of the property and will not interfere with your reservation. They are well instructed to provide privacy and support in case you need! •Local Flora and Fauna is prone to be present, we are not responsible for the animals that might appear within the property such as bugs, spiders, flies and other species as it's their natural environment. Please keep the doors closed at all times to avoid these to access the house. •From time to time we do improvements to the house (solar panels, patio enhancements, floral installations, so you might come across one of our personnel working within the property). This won't affect the jacuzzi, pool or house whatsoever. •Swim attire is strictly required to use the pool and hot tub. Penalties will be enforced if we find out inappropriate swimwear. •We are pet friendly as there is plenty of space for the pets to play around. However, pets are not allowed to be inside of the house due to their hair. We have found ourselves in difficult situations where cleaning becomes very difficult. If we found pet hair inside the house you might incur in additional cleaning fees. We want to inform that we are constantly improving our property. We are enhancing the security of our perimeter so you and your guests can enjoy the Finca even more! We are building a wall all around the property. This means that some workers will attend the job from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on weekends, working only on the perimeter of the Finca. This is an informative message only. These workers won’t obstruct in any way your reservation, won’t make noise or interact with you whatsoever.
